I had Jake from Newton's come out and access a problem with my A/C blower it kept pushing air 24/7. He came out on Friday found the issue said what needed to be replaced and within an hour he called texted me back after leaving and calling the supplier and said he can be back on Monday to replace it and check the whole system, as he did it's working fine now. I have used a lot of a/c companies and 95% overcharge and always say you need a new unit to the contrary Jake was very responsible in pricing never once said I need a new unit, was on time, very knowledgeable and explained and showed me the issue and answered all questions. I will never use another company other than Newton's A/C and Heating. I would highly recommend Jake and Newton's to everyone. ~ Joe P

Jacob was very honest and did a maintanence on my system. He said for the age of my system it was in good shape and I shouldn't replace it unless it totally broke down. The newer ones aren't as reliable as the one I have. A company a yr and a half ago told me I needed to buy a new system, that I must have a leak some where due to needing refrigerant for the first time in 11 years. I told him I didn't have the money and to just put the freon in it, $330. later. I still have cold A/C and Jacob said there is more freon in it than needed, so I couldn't have a leak if it stayed in there. Good thing I don't listen to some dishonest A/C techs. I would recommend Newton HVAC comp. for all your A/C needs, they try to save you money not hose you. 😉 ~ Terri G

I'm highly impressed with Newton's Heating & Air! I was told by another company I needed a new part outside and an electric wire connected to my thermostat to get my heat running. I called Newton's & they were here the next day! Jamie found messed up wiring! He fixed it and replaced the thermostat with the wifi one we had previously bought. It carried the load needed! I highly recommend Newton's heat & air! 100%! Professional, polite, very knowledgeable, great pricing! My new a/c company for sure! ~ Kim N

I was looking for an honest , fair family business to care for my ac. I was tired of the constant upsell by my other company. Come to find out they didn't even install it correctly so probably did that so they could sell sll the otjer stuff Well on to Newtons. Jacob was polite and listened to my concerns. He told me of the situation and fixed it. Also let me know of an upcoming item that woudl need replacement ( contact switch) within the next 6 months to a year depending. I was so pleased we will send him to my daughter's home next ~ Grammie E

I had a major air conditioning company come out and look at my ac because it was not cooling. They told me that I needed to replace my system due to it having a broken major part, but due to the age of my ac unit "12 years old" they would not even work on it. I called multiple companies to get quotes for replacing the system, and while everyone was happy to give me a quote for replacing the system, only Newton's AC asked me why I was replacing my system. Mr. Newton told me he could look my ac unit while giving me a quote, to make sure the unit couldn't be fixed. The lowest quote I got for a new system before Newton's ac was almost $10,000. After Mr. Newton looked at my system, he found that I actually had a small repair that needed to be done. He gave me a quote to repair the unit and for under $300 he fixed my unit. If you want a company that is still willing to fix older units, I highly recommend Newton's heating and air conditioning. They kept me in my budget when everything is so expensive. ~ Karen L

Jamie from Newton’s Heating and Air did maintenance on my AC system and was outstanding. He was professional, thorough, and clearly knowledgeable. He identified two issues and fixed them on the spot, which I really appreciated. He also checked all my UV lights, cleared the drain lines, and even changed an air filter that was about 15 feet high without hesitation. That level of effort really stood out. I called out newtons heating and air conditioning because another company condemned my ac system due to a bad compressor. When Jamie came out he found out it wasn't my compressor it was actually just a fan motor making it look like the compressor was bad. I could not be happier because the quote i got was over 10,000 dollars from the other to replace my system! Newtons Air Conditioning got me through a really tough financial time. Jacob was amazing! He was on time. He installed a quality unit for us with fair pricing. Our ac unit was 14 years old and just not keeping up with this heat. He came the same day I called.. and gave us an estimate. He installed the next day . He was polite, answered all my questions and cleaned up all the mess before leaving. Our home is so cool now. Courtesy, professionalism and attention to detail is what you’ll find at Newton’s Heating & Air Conditioning. Jacob arrived on time and within 5 minutes determined a diagnosis. His honesty was greatly appreciated because we had worse case scenarios thinking we needed a massive repair or worse yet, a whole new unit….. Nope! Thanks to Jacob it was just an old capacitor and he kept us within our budget during a difficult time. It's nice to know there are honest guys still out there. ~ John D

I can’t recommend newtons ac enough! I had an older AC unit that most techs have written off in the past, trying to push me toward a pricey replacement. But Jacob actually took the time to diagnose the issue properly and got it working again without pressuring me to buy a new system. Our ac unit stop working while we were away ! Called Newtons and they came that day to look at it ! Motor was bad !
